Visitor's Question:
Me and my girlfriend broke up. I have never felt that way
towards any girl. I loved her so much, and I still do, It was my jealousy the reason for are breakup,And my insecurirty the reason for my jealousy. Anyways It has been less then two months. And she already has a new boyfriend. She also told me she likes him a lot. How can I
move on. I've tired so hard, But I can't. It hurts so much
to know That she will never be mine again. PLEASE help me!!!

Our Suggestion:
Well, as painful as the breakup is, one good thing came out of it and that is that you learned something about yourself. You are strong enough to admit that your jealousy was the problem.

Getting over someone can take a long time, but it does happen. So, unfortunately, there is no shortcut. The best thing you can do is focus on something else like hanging with your friends, sports, music, etc. Since the wounds are still fresh, you probably don't want to go after someone else just yet. Give yourself some time. When you do start seeing other girls, try to keep your jealousy in check. As corny as it sounds, find someone you can talk to and ask them if they can give you feedback. I would also suggest that when you do get serious, let her know about your struggles with jealousy and that you don't want to make the same mistake twice. She'll appreciate it.
