Our Suggestion: It's always tough to figure out how to make someone love you. The toughest part of it is that there's -no way- to make someone love you, they have to do it on their own. And if the feelings aren't there, there's no way to magically create them. She's said that she doesn't want a relationship right now. You need to give her space until she changes her mind. Unfortunately, if you really feel she's the one for you, then you'll have to put up with this back and forth behavior. You need to seriously look at this and decide whether it's better for you to keep her as a friend and move on to someone else for a romantic partner.
