Our Suggestion: Yes, you are going to be hurting someone no matter what you do. The only thing to do is sit down and figure out which one you want more, and then tell the other that though you deeply care for them, you feel like your road's taking you down a different path and it's best for you to call it quits with them. In order to figure out which you want, you need to look at your current needs (what you want them to do with you on a daily basis) and your future needs (will you want to move in with them? What are you willing to sacrifice in order to be with them? Do you/he want kids? What long-term items are must haves that the one or other are strong or weak in?) You have to look beyond your current fun to find which will be better suited for you in the long haul.
