Visitor's Question:
I've been with my husband for 12 years married for 4 years. We have always had an ok relationship but his sex drive is increasing everyday now he wants me to let him have me and another woman live with him he wants two women he won't go to counseling. He don't want a divorce I really want my marriage to work but I don't know how it can when my husband wants two women to live with him

Our Suggestion:
Your husband is going through a mid-life crisis, where he wants the wild and free atmosphere of youth. He wants to prove that he still has what it takes and that he's not fading and getting old just like all those -other- people his age.

Don't give in to him. It would tear you apart. You would feel jealous of this other woman in his life, and rightly so. He's setting you up for a tough time as it is, because you could easily take it that you're not satisfying to him and he needs to reach out to someone new to please him. But really it's his own problem that's ruining things for now. It's not your fault at all. He needs to grow up and learn that he is getting older, that's just how things go, and that he is not going to be the stud that he wants to think he is.

It's good that he doesn't want a divorce. At least that much is holding together. So the two of you will be able to ride through this rough spot. Just hold fast to what you want, which is a perfectly normal thing, which is just one man, one woman in a marriage.

I wish you the best.
