Visitor's Question:
Hello, i would like to let you know this site is awsome. but to my question. I am an 18yr male out of school and my girlfriend is 16 in 11th grade.we have been together for a year and gonna be 3 months. well we have been great for a while we had some little fights nothing big. But the past 3 weeks we have argued so much about everything it is sickning. it has been ever since she started her new job at sears. she is always yelling at me and just seems to push me away but at the same time she says she loves me and wants to see me. I see her for like 40 minutes a day since she started work and that 40min we fight!. her mom said she is srtessed out and tired. I mean i tried telling her how she is and it dosent help. everyhtime i say we need to talk she has something to do or just says we dont need to. I tried asking her to not take so many days at work but she keeps telling them that she wants as many hours as possible. then she comes home and treats me like crap!. what should i do. i love her so much!. i mean we always use to talk about getting married and haveing kids when she graduates but now he seems like she just wants to push me away. she dosent even really see her friends that much except for school. all she wants to do is work all the time. but it is killing me because i never see her anymore. i mean i do but for 40 min a day and we fight during that anyway. what should i do?

Our Suggestion:
Her mother is right, she is stressed out and tired. And her best friend (you) is also creating stress during those 40 minutes.

My advice, be happy with your 40 minutes and make them as pleasant as possible for the two of you. Tell her how much you love her and how much you value the time you have together. It's only been three weeks, things will probably change for the better and then you will be happy that you put an end to the fighting that can only lead to the end of your relationship.

Hang in there, things will improve!
Best wishes,
George
