Sometimes, she acts like I'm not even there... When we all go out, she is very different.. She talks to me alot.. She always makes sure to acknowledge me...She touches my arm repeatly, she lied her head on my shoulder, she does not mind if I touch her either, on her back, or leg.. She makes sure she acts very interested in me.. We were the last ones out and spoke for another hour..She even accepted my offer to walk her to her car.. I don't know what to think.. The kicker, is she's married.. She says everything is good at home.. Her good friend says he is a real jerk and would leave him if it were her.. What should I do? Is she interested? Should I even care with her being married? Our Suggestion: It sounds like this woman has set roles in her mind of what is appropriate and in appropriate and when it is and isn't. So at work, she's a professional. She acts professionally and wants to be treated professionally. This means no flirting. When she's out, she's a fun relaxed person. She enjoys flirting and touching and having fun. When she's home she might be a completely different kind of person with her husband. I would enjoy her friendship and casual flirtation, but not let it get past that.
