The two of you should approach her and tell her emphatically that you did NOT have sex and have no plans to do so. This should cause her to let up on her trouble making. Be prepared that she might just blow up because she is so upset about the thought. Just keep reassuring her that what you said is true. If she tries to break you up, be firm that you are going to continue to see each other. It's a tricky situation, but you have to try something.
