I have a question that I am afraid to ask anyone else. I have recently got myself a girlfriend, and i think the world of her. we are at the age of when it could get serious. but i have found out that i have a tendancy to get a slight erection from a hug from a friend, so i am worried, that she wont appreciate me gettin hard ova a quick kiss. can you tell me if this is normal? and is there something i can do to prevent this??

The short answer is that you are perfectly normal.

Men can get erections looking at a tree... seriously! So it is no wonder that what is happening to you is nothing to worry about.

No need to explain this to your girlfriend unless you want to.
