I've been seeing this girl for about 2 weeks now and yesterday we were sitting together at her house and she gave me a hickey on the back of my neck does that mean she likes me or is she just doing it.

It's not always easy to figure out what another person is thinking.

You could try making out with her and see what happens... or you could just ask her how she feels about you.
