we have been friends for 3 months now, should i ask her out or should i give it some more time? oh, and does going down to the corner store and getting lunch qualify as a date? lol

Yes, you should ask her out. Better to ask than to wonder!

And, yes going to the corner store for lunch does count as a date unless you were just friends at the time.
