im 15 and recently i've fallen for a guy that's 20 he says he wont dat me coz' im to young but says he likes me and im hot, and if i was a bit older that he would date me if i was like 16, or 17 do you think that we will get together when im 16? i really like him i want to go out with him help!

Things may work out so that you get to date him. Time will tell.

Meanwhile practice your dating on younger fellows so that you will be ready for your 20 year old.
