i like this girl. we've talked on the phone and has been messaging each other this past few weeks. went out with her once... i would reallyy like to know how she feels about me and i also would like to tell her that i like her. but everytime i want to ask/tell her i'll chicken out, because i keep on thinking she doesnt like me and she'll dissapoint me. what should i do? :( . and by the way,if i do ask her, should i ask her thrue the phone? face to face? or what? please help me. ! thx

Time to do some situps and strengthen those gut muscles.

It take courage to take risks and that is what you would be doing if you asked her if she likes you. Your courage is a little weak right now and you need to build it up by takings risks. Everytime you do, you strengthen your personality.

Try to do it in person and say something like "I'm beginning to develop feelings for you... how do you feel?" She may be shy too and not have an answer all ready for you. If she is hesitant tell her you'll give her a few days to think about it and then ask again.
