ok me an him have been out an everything an he told me over the summer that he liked me alot but he just wont ask me out an if i ask him then he says i dunno an when he has a friend over or if he is around any of his friends he acts like a jerk to me but when its just me an him he acts really sweet to me an when were at school he barely talks to me but lately he has but not like big conversations my friends say that they always see him staring at me in the hall way an that im blind becuz i dont no if he is flirting with me or not like he will through paper balls at me an mess up my hair an call him a blonde an everything like that i really like this guy how do i get him to ask me out? does he really like me or does it sound like he doesnt?

Sounds like he has multiple personalities.

He's a sweetheart when you're alone but a devil in public.

Get him when he's alone with you and ask him what's the deal. He can't be so insensitive or immature that he doesn't realize what he's doing to you.

If he can't change his behavior it probably means that he really doesn't like you and you can find someone new.
