My boyfriends best friend has been calling me all of a sudden and it seems really strange to me. He was always around when me and my boyfriend got together but that never really seemed to bother me. Now he's calling me telling me how he wants to be with me and I should be his girlfriend instead. I'm find it harmless and kind of flattering. Then the thing about it is that my boyfriend knows about it all and he doesn't seem to mind. I just don't want him to get the wrong idea and think that I like his bestfriend on that level. What advice would you give me? How do I address this with my boyfriend and his best friend without this ruining their relationship as well as my own with them both?

Honesty is the best policy.

You have already discussed this with your boyfriend and he has no problem with it. You need to tell the other guy that you appreciate his attention but that you are still faithful to your boyfriend. They should have no trouble between themselves.
