I met this guy at work about 5 years ago. At that time he was married with 3 kids and I had a boyfriend. I did like him and we had a lot in common. We worked at the same place for about 3 years during the 3 years he divorced his wife. The business we worked for closed and we went our separate ways. We would talk to each other a few times the next year. Then he opened his own business and wanted me to work for him. At that time I just lot my job and he was such a good guy I didn't have to think twice.
Now I have been working for him about 8 months. During the 8-month we have been doing more than just our jobs. At first we really got to know about each other we talked about our personal lives every day. I would make up excuses to go over to his house and see him on the weekends. Then one night we started flirting with each other and that night we had sex. I did not stay the night because I was still seeing my boyfriend.
The next week at work he acted like nothing happened. I just went on with things. I just thought it was the spur of the moment. The next couple of weeks went by and nothing happened he even started not talking to me about personal things, just work. A few weeks later I went to his house and made him dinner. Just because I wanted to see him out side of work. That night we ended up sleeping with each other and the same thing happened again. I went home that night and the next week at work he acted like nothing happened and still was pulling away from me. About two months ago I left my boyfriend (we were having problems for over a year and I was tiered of it). I stayed at his house the next week until I found a place to stay. It was very weird like we had no connection with each other. I thought maybe we should just stay friends, but it is very hard for me because I like him so much and he does flirt with me. Well I just have been living day to day we do flirt with each other and joke around. We don't talk about your personal lives very much any more, but just last weekend I dropped some things off at his house. He wanted me to stay because his kids were having a Halloween party. I stayed and we talked all about our personal lives. Well that night after all the kids had gone home and his kids were in bed he asked me to stay the night with him. I did. The next day he again acted like nothing happened and didn't flirt with me or nothing. The same a work. He acted like we have had no relationship at all.
What I want to know is does it sound like he likes me or am I just a booty call.
I also keep in the back of my head that he is my boss and you should not date any one at work. I have just liked him so long and I can't stop thinking about him. I have the biggest crush on him. I have never felt this way about some one before. Now that we have had sex I would think we would be closer.
HELP!!!!

It's hard to know what is going through his mind.

Maybe all you are is a booty call to him. The best way is to have a long, deep, trusting, and honest talk about what's going on. You are probably worried about jeopardizing your relationship if you ask him. But sometimes it is better to ask than to wonder.
