i work with him in the same office .he is friendly and quite informal with me.he helps me ,sometimes stares at me,
smiles but i'm not sure that he loves me? his dob is 20 march and mine is 7 march .he is 8 years elder?

You should be very nice to him. Smile at him whenever you can.

If you are brave, ask him out for a cup of tea. Make sure he knows that you have no boyfriend--this will encourage him to ask you out.
