How you ask her out depends on how well you know her.

Let's assume you know her name but you've never talked with her.

Start by greeting her whenever you pass in the hallway. Say "Hi" and her first name. Do this in a clear voice so she can hear you. Then give her a big smile. If it is the first time and you don't know if she knows your name then introduce yourself by saying at the end "I'm xxxx... nice to meet you."

Once you have done this about 10 times you will be ready to start a quick conversation with her like "How are things going" or "How are you doing" and she will say "fine" or "good" or whatever. And you reply "Great!"

When you feel comfortable talking with her just build up the courage and ask her out. Ask her to a specific movie and if she says no then say "How about some other time." Give her your phone number, email or whatever in case she needs to contact you. Try to get her phone number etc. at the same time.
