Sometimes she acts cute and friendly and other times sly and passionate. Weve been friends for some time and casually go out as friends once a week. I was going to try to talk to her and tell her that i am developing feelings for her but my instincts froze me the first time and i realized that i have never flirted with her that much other than being polite, funny and a gentlemen. I never have flirted in any "touchy" suggestive way. Should i do that before i tell her im developing feelings for her or after? She may still be difficult to read. Im stumped really and this is becoming quite frustrating. I gave her a birthday present that she loved but i blew that chance to tell her. Should i tell her that i care, just casually ask her out on a date? Between those two what sounds best keeping in mind that she is my best friend. AND should i start flirting with her before then? Our Suggestion: It's past time for flirting. You should tell her you have feelings and if she responds positively then that's the time to start flirting seriously.
