Visitor's Question: hi, Basically there this girl in ma college n she jus got me so confused. ive had such a massive crush on her for like 3 months, i wasnt physically attracted to her at first, if you get what im saying, like she isnt ugly but she isnt extremely hot. But anyhow i didnt really let this get to me, i liked her how she was, her warm personality n that convincing smile of hers got the best of me, but this was all after she started smiling n staring me out during our free lessons in the common room. Convinced that she had feelings for me, i approached her n started talking to her one day and from then on, i just fell for her big time, like all i could think of was her n her eyes. n everytime we made eye contact it jus seemed right, and there was just this amazing connection between us that ive never felt before, i almost could tell by her eyes that she had feelings for me. so obviously i took it further by walking with her outside school, library etc. Then 2 months after chasing her n tryna break through, the other day, she said shes gona go down town to look for a job, then later i ask her again n she said im gona go see my boyfreind. just out of the blue, at that point i jus repeated myself in disbelief, like What?? boyfreind?, for all the time i been speaking to her she never mentioned any man or anything to do with her n relationships, but worst of all is how she could just go and say something like that so easily and without no fuss or any care for my feelings, y couldn’t she tell me 2 moths ago when i made it so obvious by saying shes got the nicest eyes, n all the times id be complemented her, what was that all about then? now im thinking i should of confronted her to ask what’s wrong with u, when she said it, i should of said, u knew i liked you so why you lead me 4 all this time? but instead i jus walked away. im gona see her monday, but i think im jus gona blank her from now on for sum reason n pretend nothing ever happened probably because i can’t believe how silly she turned out to be, don’t know what i should do, like im really crazy about her n its the first time ive had such a crush like this one, maybe because its got nothing to do with her looks! some favourable advice would be appreciated. thanks alot Our Suggestion: Maybe you are over-reacting. Perhaps she only has had this b/f in the past few weeks? That would make things quite different. Or, maybe she had the b/f all along but was attracted to you and was trying to decide whether to leave him for you. You can still hang out with her and enjoy her company or visit her at her work (if possible). Ask her out on a date... she may say she has a b/f or she may say yes.
