I am really attracted to this guy who is a regular customer where I work. He started talking to me a few months ago. I also found out thru a guy i used to work with that this guy asked him who i was..and as far as he knew he didnt have a gf. He came to my register one day and asked what time i was leaving...i was actually normal around him..he was going to this event i always wanted to go to...he said i should go...i was going to since i did like him and said why not..but ended up not showing up...something came up. The next few times i saw him i didnt have a chance to talk to him...he came in with someone he works with. The time after that he walked in the door..i noticed him glance at me...came to my register with his purchase and said his sweetheart what is new...i was really nervous...couldnt talk to him and was shaking the whole time..but he was nice. I felt pathetic...the next time i saw him after this incident he walked up to me and gave me a low five and said how areyou..i asked him if he worked at this restaurant i was going to go to..i knew he did i was just making conversation...he said he did but he wasnt going to be there that nite but he might stopby...i ended up not going it was bad out...but definitely would have. when he drove away from the store i noticed him looking at me. The last time i saw him he came in said hey how are you and he came to my register of all the ones that were open..we actually had anormal conversation ...i made a comment to a coworker that my job is to look pretty at work...the guy said that shouldnt be hard for you to do...i asked him whathe did for thanksiging and he said he spent it with his gf and her parents.. so my question is...did i blow it my being too nervous around him..i dont date much and am shy at first..and why is he stillpaying attention to me if he has a gf...i feel kind of crushed and let downn...especially when i was working up my courage..any input will be appreciated

Well, until you mentioned the girlfriend, I thought that he might really be interested in you, but now I'm just not sure.

Maybe he's just flirting.

When I was 16 I had a holiday job in a shop. One of the bosses was very attractive ~ and I suppose he knew it. He used to flirt with me, tease me, suggest going out, etc, etc, but he was married and this was just his way of harmlessly ~ as he saw it ~ enjoying himself.

He enjoyed flirting ~ and maybe he enjoyed extra-marital affairs, too. I'm not sure.

Maybe that's what this chap is doing.
Who knows?
