Preparing for my 10pm meditation - will test out a new aquarium DVD I got. Fake fishies? Will they be relaxing? Or robotic?

Ah, much better than the saltwater track. This one stayed just with one "shot" the whole way through, without switching every two minutes. Plus, it had a gentle current.

A relaxing meditation. I enjoyed the mountain scene. Trickling waterfall, shimmering sunlight, and peace.
