A fantastic back porch yoga session - hummingbirds flew down to peer in curiosity at Juliet the cat. She peered back. Serenity  . Bob mentions, though, that this is training the hummingbirds that cats are friendly, peaceful creatures, which may not be in their best interest.

My start-of-day yoga session was lovely. A hummingbird flitted around my head, examining the marigolds and rose plant. JulieCat at my side.

The day's been a whirl! I did do my yoga when I woke up - quite lovely. Peaceful, gentle breezes, relaxing on my back porch. #yoga

My lovely yoga session even included a gentle restorative shower at the end of it . Julie wasn't quite so fond of the overhead sprinklers.

Not enough time for a full yoga session today but I at least did a short amount. It's always better to do some rather than none. #yoga

What a beautiful day! I enjoyed my back-porch yoga with hummingbirds, JulieCat, morning glories, cosmos, chickadees, and gentle breezes. Are you soaking in the sun?

A lovely yoga session on the back porch. Cool for August. I never put my AC in my office window this year. Are we having a strange year? I certainly appreciate August being so temperate - but does this mean we'll have a frigid winter?
