Just about time for my 10pm meditation. I'm writing the announcement for the 2014 BellaOnline Ebook Awards. I'm so proud of these authors. It's amazing what they were able to create without the support of a traditional large-size publisher. It shows how rich our modern world of self-publishing and small-press can be.

Heading into my 10pm #meditation - got a lot done today. Revised my low carb crockpot cookbook plus all 3 sleep/dream books.Plus wrote a first draft of a new yoga book.
