Evening meditation time. After weeks of effort I finally got office fully emptied out and steam cleaned. I can breathe better already. It also is so much easier to focus without piles and piles of stuff everywhere. I listed about 50 things on ebay / amazon this weekend and will keep plowing through it. Less stuff = happier Lisa. #namaste

Evening meditation time. Grateful I could spend time with sis Tammy and her wonderfully cool dog who inspired my cozy mystery. Grateful my mom took me on the cruise to be down there. Grateful for all the wonderful birthday wishes today, and grateful to Bob for being Bob!
