I love my hula hoop - and that means I use it nearly every day. If you find an exercise you love it makes all the difference. What exercise or activity have you done today? How about some yoga? It's great for your spine smile. #namaste

My daily yoga was lovely today - but the warned-of snowstorm never came! We got maybe an inch. Here in Massachusetts that doesn't even count. April Fools Day maybe? Still, April is here! #namaste

Morning yoga on the back porch was sunny & serene - but had a vast number of tiny little Gypsy Moth caterpillars. Uh oh. Trees, watch out! It looks like it's going to be a bad year for anything green and leafy ...

I loved my back porch yoga with the birds & breezes. I then helped two friends with their books, and I'm now reviewing audio versions of my own books. It's delightful to hear them read and brought to life! There are such talented narrators out there smile. #namaste What are you guys up to today?

I enjoyed a great back porch yoga session with the cardinals and hummingbirds. Did you know yoga mitigates pain and depression? It strengthens the brain to handle both far better.
