I have a close friend who is also a very distant cousin through my step dads family. We are the best buddies ever and spend a lot of time together....I'm seriously falling for him but I dont know if he feels the same way and I'm scared to ask coz that could break up our relationship....help.......

He may feel the same way, of course.

I know someone who was friends with a chap for some time and then one day they realised it was love and now they are married with a little girl. It can work out.
