By not being 'just another guy tryin to get layed.'

Talk to her as a person, not just a female object.

well duh, sry for sarcasm but I never talk to any woman as an object. Its just a bit intimidating i guess cause tho i admit im a decent looking guy im by no means one of the best looking guys around.

but tonight she actually spent almost the entire night in my truck(when she had time to ofcourse). I found out she hates how most of the guys try to do her job for her cause shes a girl which i dont do at all. Funny I just keep my mouth shut and do my job and she came to me. I didnt ask her for her number or anything tho ill give it a few days.

Seriously, why do you think that a workplace "hookup" ever be a good thing? I cant find a scenerio in my mind that this ever works~ Im sure there are ten examples where it does, but this just sounds like a disaster to me. ( Unless its just about one thing, and this gal doesnt sound that way to me, nor do you....but a long term relationship with a coworker.....Ohhh...Not the best for either of you)
Just my 2 cents.
