A friend of mine has been after me for months but I was taken, although I did really like him. A couple of months after I split with my ex, he started telling me he really liked me, and that he felt really comfortable talking to me, and that I was really attractive, and smart, and things, and generally, how much he really liked me and how I made him feel.
At the weekend we went on our first official date, and it went great! We were away from home so we were staying in a hotel, we shared a bed, but nothing happened. We then spent the whole weekend together and got on really well! After he had dropped me home on the monday tho I got a text saying he just wanted to be friends because he didn't want to ruin the fantastic friendship that we had, but he does still really like me, but hes scared of ruining things, I asked him to take the chance but he's refusing...was he just wanting something he didn't think he could have, or is he genuinely concerned about ruining our friendship??
