Hey.
There's this guy who goes to my school and we have 5th period together. I sometimes catch him staring at me, and I think he likes me, but that is'nt the issue. The issue is, that I sometimes see him with other girls, (particulary this one girl)
and almost like flirting with them/her. I also notice that whenever he's with them/her it seems as though he doesn't even know I exist.
( We have never spoken to eachother )

Well, I can't say what is going on in his mind, but I can suggest a possibility.

If he does like you, he may, by flirting noticeably with other girls in your presence, be trying to get your attention.

If he stares at you, then he has noticed you ~ he may want to make sure, now, that you have noticed him.

Perhaps there might be an opportunity in your shared lesson to talk to him about something ~ and see what happens???

On the other end of the spectrum, maybe you're just more interesting to stare at than the teacher?

You also didn't give any indication if you liked him or not.

Bear in mind, too, that can a person really like somebody without ever having spoken to him/her?

Yes, I gree witth Sal, there are a number of factors to take into account.
Age is one of them, as you are at school.
