I'm not sure that I agree with Illusive Fantasy's take on this. She may be right, of course, but not all boys are bad boys.
Let's take a look at the situation:

It's difficult to have a friendship or be boyfriend/girlfriend when one party is ignoring the other.
He told all his friends about me and how much he liked me, one day ... he wanted to kiss me and when the school bell rang to go home he just kissed me passionatly

it wasnt my first but i didnt expect it so i didnt kiss how i would normally kiss. We tried kissing again, but when we were abt to kiss someone disturbed us

i got banned from school for a week by my mother for hanging with boys alot.

Anyway lets skip till now, he likes my friend and she likes him too but sometimes the boy would just flirt with me and the same time as flirt with her
Well, people change.
Maybe he really liked you, but were not sure of your feelings, because you wouldn't speak to him ~ and then he noticed how nice your friend was.
But maybe deep down, he still likes you too.
What exactly do you mean by 'flirt'. Girls and noys flirt all the time. It doesn't have to be anything to worry about.

It sounds as if you were genuinely close.
I don't know what will happen, but you and your friends are all very young and you may go through this sort of thing many times before you mature and settle down.
