Evening meditation time. Meditation trains your mind to focus and get "in the zone" which helps with all other tasks in life. #namaste

Evening meditation time. Working attentively through my to-do list; focus helps immensely! That's where my meditation lends a hand smile. Come meditate with me! It's free, relaxing, and oh so helpful to a calm, serene life.

Evening meditation time. I had a fantastic day sock-hopping with Marita! And the buffet of 50s food was delicious!

Evening meditation time. I had a lovely evening with fellow women businessowners discussing challenges we face. I highly recommend finding a small group of like-minded people who you can brainstorm with. It is immensely helpful! Now to focus on the solutions.

Evening meditation time. So content that the kitchen is now clean. Choose just one room a day. Or, if that's too much, one section of one room. Every step helps! They add up. Namaste! Join me!

Meditation time! Join me! I had a wonderful evening first mentoring new writers and then having a relaxing dinner with Bob. The perfect ending - a beautiful night to lay beneath the stars & watch meteors. The cycle of the cosmos renews our awareness of life's beauty.
