Lovely yoga session by the Christmas tree & Julie the Cat snoozing on the futon. So relaxing. And my new candle! I got it at the BVAA holiday party's gift swap. Interestingly, even the candle website doesn't describe the scent very clearly. They say: this intense, intoxicating fragrance is aromatic and woody. That's a bit vague .

A relaxing yoga session by the Christmas tree with candle, kitty, gentle rain, and SoundScapes on cable. Every day is a blessing. Even if you only have five minutes, make some time for serenity #namaste

My daily yoga session always begins with turning in place, arms gently flapping. Left, right. Left, right. Calming. If you don't do any other yoga today, just do that for a minute. Let it soothe you.

Julie the cat helped me with my yoga by weaving amongst my limbs. What a good kitty, to liven up my exercise . Do a little yoga each day. Even five minutes makes a difference in energy levels and calm focus!

Great yoga session today. Julie the cat helped. It's so much easier to do tree pose on land vs on a moving Cruise Ship!

My morning yoga session was energizing! Today's plan: release one book, send another one to beta-readers, and finish writing a third. It can be done! Maybe even edit & reload the chakras book as well. What are you guys doing today?

LOL I meant to do a ten minute yoga session, because I'm absolutely swamped with work, but somehow I did the full hour and just feel SO good. Here's the full session step by step, also free - http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Stress-Relief-Forgiveness-Lisa-ebook/dp/B00S75ILFQ/

I only got a few hours sleep - had to wake up early to help take down an art show. So now I'll be doing my yoga-in-bed routine and taking a nap . Here's the free ebook with what I do! It's great for starting the day with energy and for winding down in the evening. http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Bed-Ages-Lisa-Shea-ebook/dp/B019TFIMHY/

Just finished my morning yoga. I love the way it makes my spine feel! Even a little yoga every day pays off with wonderful dividends.
