So much about staying in tune with each other is knowing what each other is dealing with. Find a way to touch base each day and know what the other person is facing. What their struggles are. It helps you understand each other that much better.

Do you talk daily with your partner about the things they are going through?

I find it important to spend time at the end of each day checking in with the other person. Asking them how their day went and really listening. Not just asking while you do something else.

Those little moments add up. Those regular signs of respect.
