She is getting away from me

Hi George, I'm the guy that likes a girl that doesn't like him, and I played with her hair some time ago. Well, I told her best friend I like her, altough she alredy knew that. I told her not to say anything to her, but I think she did, and now I think she is avoiding me. Today I was aolne with her, while she was walking to her basket training, and she barely would say anything to me, I tried to tease her, but she wouldn't even respond to that. I just don't know what to do. I will first confirm that her friend told her I like her, and if she didnn't, then I will try to regain the friendship I once had with her. If she my worst fears are true and she told her, it explains the fact that she is getting away from me, should I talk to her and make things clear?? I really wish she knew how much she is making me suffer (I'm not the kind of person that you can make suffer easily) and that we could reamain at least friends.
Should I talk to her about this?
I really need your help.
