still cool??

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
me and my ex boyfriend broke up on Saturday and it was sort of a mutual thing.After us breaking up he called to ask e if were still coool.I told him that we are still cool...deep down i know that we aren't.We were together 5 months and i don't remain friends with any of my ex's and i still have a love for him but i don't know how to remain friends with a person i used to love....how do i remain "cool" with my ex???
