do i love him & who's lying_ who's really playing me

I've got 2 problems i'll try breif them as much as possible:
first: Last year i went out with a guy (call him D) 4 3 months. I was crazy about D (not even quite sure why).He ended up breaking my heart and many of my friends don't like him bcoz of that.We still friends... we used to argue alot when we chat on a chat room thing, we didn't talk for a while but when we started to talk again we got along very well i guess coz i missed him so much. well he says he loves me and he's also in love with another girl.
any way... no matter how hard i try since last year June i just can't move on and 4get bout him. i've lied to ppl that i dont like him and what a d*** he is. when he tells me he loves me i get a tingling feeling down my bod, most wonderful. i think of him very often! miss him! i don't know what to do, why cant i just get over him and move on like i do with other guys?
2nd: now the guy i spoke about above is involved in this one too. One of his good friends (F) likes me very much,for quite a while too ...well from what he has told me.F told my friend that (D) is just using me and that he doesn't like me, but get this.. (D) says that F is playing me. F told my friend in confidence ,so i'm not supose to know this. I cant tell F what D told me coz D trusts me. so if i say one thing wrong there will be big trouble. i want some ideas on how to catch them both out or find out who's lying and who's telling the truth.pls help.thanks

You aren't going to get a satisfying solution with breaking some rules. You are going to have to tell each of these boys what is being said about them. You don't have to reveal your source.
By talking to them face to face, you will have a better chance at finding the truth.
