I don't know what to say
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
So here I like this one girl...but the problem is we haven't really talk to each other...but we always chat online. Whenever I try to talk to her, her friends started teasing her with me...and to be honest, we both are kind of shy persons. So I can't talk to her. And I think I don't have confident in myself so its a bit hard. Please tell me what to do....I really like her a lot. Thanks

Keep chatting online because that is working.
Then find a way to be alone with her so you can talk together without being heckled by her friends. Ask her to take a walk in the park, or by a river, or lake. Ask her to the movies, or for a snack, or a trip to the mall. You will probably need your parents to help out with transportation but that's ok.
Also, start talking with her on the phone. This will be good practice for when you can talk in person. You can talk about anything in the world that interests you. Ask her where she was born, about her parents, relatives, pets, musical interests, school activities, future plans, vacations, favorite activities, sports, etc.
