Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Ok this is very complicated. i have been friend wwith this girl for a while. I asked her out back in january and she said no. I asked her this 5 days after she got out of a serious relationship. She said and i quote "im not interested i us like that." since then we have hung out more. we go to dinner, movies, ballgames, and picnics alone. She ive me tight hugs and i kiss her on the cheek which she likes. SHe NEVER calls me to hang out. I always have to call her. I know she sees me as a friend but i need to know whether to pursue her again. Shes told me she would never ask a guy out or kiss a guy. Is she waiting for me to do so? Basically I need to know if I should ask her out again. SHould I try kissing her next time we hang out. I dont think she would care even if she doesnt like me.

By all means, give her a kiss the next time you are hanging out.
As you said she probably won't object, but if she does, at least she knows how you feel.
If the kissing goes well, consider asking her out. She may be ready to now that time has passed from her former relationship.
