Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
i feel somehow the gitl who i like has the same feeling about me as well, but the problem is i cant talk to her ,maybe beause im shy, i cant even look at her eyes more than 2 seccond .
only way i talk is her friends but they are making me dissapointed more and make me feel wanna give up !
what can i do about this?

Here's what to do:
When you see her in the hall, look her straight in her eyes, say in a strong voice "Hi" plus her name and then give her a big smile. It may be hard for you to do, but you have to do it. Practice in front of a mirror or outdoors--a mirror is better. Be sure to give her a chance to reply.
Keep doing this for a while and soon you will be asking her how she is doing etc.
