Hey,
I'm 14, I have a crush on a good friend. Her and I flirt on occasion and I can tell whenever we flirt because we stare into each others' eyes and, we always smile at each other and make jokes, and whatever but. I think she is loosing interest in me and I want to get closer and maybe ask her out without her or her friends thinking I am some kind of "Creeper". I just want to ask her to the mall, or movies, somewhere nice, and relaxing where we can spend a bit more intimate time together. How do I go about doing so? Thanks A lot guys.

Immediately you should contact her and ask her to the mall or whatever.
Even if she says no, you will get some practice asking girls out and she will feel good that someone asked her.
