ok so i am really attracted to this woman in my office. we get along really well. my guess is she likes me too, cos she talks to me every time we see each other, laughs at my jokes, and we seem to have great chemistry with each other. wat do u think?
and also, our company dont allow fellow colleagues to be in a relationship with each other, so that's a problem, cos i'm really starting to get distracted at work, and i cant avoid these feelings i have for her. i really wanna be with her, but i cant. and at the same time, i dont wanna just stay friends with her cos i'm afraid she'll be taken by someone else... so wat do i do?

Explain to her that you want to go out with her but the rules don't permit it. Ask her if she would go out with you if you got a new job. Maybe you don't want to get a new job, but that's about the only way you can date her. Unless, of course, you want to break the company's rules.
