I Want to Date my Friend

I meet this girl 2 years ago when she came to my school. Early last year she became my friend, and then I fell for her. She loved me too, but her parents wouldn't allow her on dates so we kinda put our relationship on hold. Over summer break I guess she forgot. Now I am madly in love with her and she doesn't like me. I talk to her and she seems to enjoy it, and I can't get my guts out to ask her out. I am also afraid she will say no. We are good friends but I want to be more. What should I do?

You say she doesn't like you - but then you say she enjoys talking to you! That sounds like she likes you to me. She doesn't hate you! You don't just dive into asking someone out.
