Interested in my Friend's Sister

i met my best friend about three years ago and when we first met we just clicked i mean this guy is like brother to me well any way hes got a sister and when we met is when this started i like her and from what i can tell she likes me. you know she always making eye contact. basiclly just giving me that look. im not sure what to do here because its my friend sister an im not sure how to go about telling him that i like his sister without risking our freindship so whats the rule on dating your friends sister?

It is REALLY common to become fond of people you spend time with. So people always fall for their friends, their friends' friends, their friends sisters, their friends brothers, and so on. This happens all the time. It shouldn't make or break a friendship. In fact, if it was a stranger he would worry about the stranger's trustworthiness. He should be able to trust you, and be happy for your both.
