Okay-
I like this guy. I've known him for awhile and we are pretty good friends but we never see each other or call each other...we just email about every other day. I want him to like me and he may but I dont know. I want to get closer to him but Im not aloud to go out or do ANYTHING! And he's now a freshman in college and works alot. I cant tell him how I feel because im too shy to make the first move into a relationship. Do you think therel's any hope?

The fact that he's in college and you're not allowed to do anything will make this a tough relationship. He's going to be hanging out with an older crowd and will be making all sorts of friendships that you won't be a part of. It will make having any kind of relationship with him very difficult.
If you can, try not to think about this guy and instead focus on guys your own age who are at the same spot as you are, hemmed in by parents, dealing with high school, etc. They will have similar interests to you and will be a better match for you.
