I'm not trustworthy, so why doesn't my girlfriend trust me?

My girlfriend doesnt believe that I love her! I lie to her all the time and sometimes I tell the truth but I think Im in love with her and another girl. I spend somewhat time with her ... and sometimes i ditch her for my achoholic friends that live across the street.
I tell her I wanna spend the rest of my life with her and marry her ... but Yet she doesnt believe that I love her ... but I know she loves me and admires me alot ... I'm 15 and my girlfriend is 13.
Why doesn't she believe that I love her?

Love is about honesty, trust, and respect. So far it seems that you're not showing any of these to your girlfriend. Naturally, she therefore does not fully trust you in return.
Trust is earned. If you start making an effort to be worthy of her love and trust, you might have a chance of making things work. Otherwise, you'll need to find another girlfriend soon.
