RomanceClass.com Advice
As you said, you have been under a lot of stress. Stress makes us act and feel in unusual ways. Try not to make important life decisions when you are not up to your best. Crying is one sign of stress and it is a clue that you are not ready to make important decisions right now.

Give yourself time to get back to your normal self. Look for ways to reduce stress such as exercise or going out with friends. Just talking with a friend can help quite a bit.

The recent weather disaster in Florida probably added to your stress since you didn't know how much the hurricane would come your way. Wait for sunny skies
which should bring up your spirits.

Wishing you the best!
George
