I am starting to like this girl who is still hung up on her last boyfriend. She says that she is so, so confused. I had given her some advice but she still dont know what to do. She told me that she is hurting right now from it because she still likes him and I guess he likes her yet also even though they always have problems.
For myself, I am at the point where i am tired of off and on relationships. I want drama to end and she does too. I am almost too afraid to say how I feel. I know I can have a good relationship with her if she only would let me and get over her last boyfriend. Any good tips and advice would help. Sincerely, Lostboy

The best thing you can do is be there to support her and when the time is right tell her how you feel. Talking about new subjects should take her mind off her boyfriend and focus is on you. If she persists in talking about him, help her understand her feelings about her ex as best you can. Sounds like these are things you are already doing... so keep doing it until things turn your way.
