well my situation is kinda, kinda im mixed up and confussed. See this is how it goes this guy is my friend and he tells me im cute flirts sometimes, but the think is he tells me that he like another girl...this thing is he has me all mixed up just because sometimes he tells me he needs a girlfriend but he never askes me..its like he throws hints but im not sure...he calls me at night and he tell me that is he comes to see me then were gonna have to make out and then he says hes just playing with me hes just joking about making out...does he like and hes just waiting ont he other girl or what...

He has given lots of hints that he likes you, so it is time for you to give him the same back but a little stronger.
Tell him you are developing feelings for him and wait to see what he says. If he isn't clear, ask him how he feels about you.
