Am I being an overly paranoid, jealous wife or do I have reasons for concern?

My husband and I have been married for almost 11 years. About a year ago a new female physical therapist was hired at the company that my husband works for. They became friends quickly because they apparently share the same interests. Our cell phone bill for the month of May was unusually high so I checked the statement to see what the problem was. To make a long story short, her number was listed on the bill repeatedly. Sometimes as many as 5 calls a day. She even called once before our 4 year-old's birthday party and 4 times after the party. She called my husband's cell phone even when we were on a family vacation in Florida. The phone calls are never longer than 15 minutes, but there are several calls in one day - after work that is, and on weekends. Am I being an overly paranoid, jealous wife or do I have reasons for concern?

You need to have a long discussion with your husband.
My instincts are that something is going on, but at least give him a chance to explain. He didn't try to hide the phone calls, that is in his favor.
But, nonetheless, so many calls with no explanation should raise a flag for anyone.
