There is this one girl who is gorgeous and I really have not said anything to he because every time im around her ive got nothing to say. I need some tips on how to approach and what to say to someone like her.

The first thing is to get to a first name basis with her by say hi to her when you pass give her a smile and include her name in your hello. Do this often enough and she will enjoy it. Gorgeous girls need constant feedback on how nice they look or they wonder what is wrong.
So once you are talking to her, tell her how nice she looks, mention her clothing, hair, etc. Ask her how her classes are going and tell her about yours. If she is into sports ask her about that. Or whatever other extra-curricular activities she belongs to.
The key to talking is taking interest in and paying attention to what the other persons says. If you are really interested, there is always another question.
